As of 01/09/2025 Manage My Health will no longer work at Upper Riccarton Medical Centre.

We are switching to a new system called myindici™ which will allow you to continue accessing your medical records online in a secure, safe environment. Your health records will be transferred to myindici™ and you will be able to access them as you do in Manage My Health now

Your health records will be transferred to myindici™ and you will be able to access them as you do in Manage My Health now.

What do I need to do now?

It is important that you find your National Health Index (NHI) number as you will need to know what this is to log in to myindici.

This can be found in Manage My Health by following the below steps:

Manage My Health website: Login to Manage My Health, under ‘my account’ click view profile, NHI number is found under ‘additional information’.
Manage My Health app: Your NHI number will be visible at the top of any lab reports or discharge summaries.
